Thousands of fans of Japanese wrestler, Hana Kimura, who appeared in the latest series of Netflix's reality show Terrace House are in mourning after the news appeared that the star allegedly has committed suicide.

Kimura was one of six people living together in front of cameras for "Terrace House". This has naturally led to speculation that the wrestler has taken her own life, but this has not yet been officially confirmed.

Fans were becoming increasingly anxious as Kimura posted concerning messages and photos.

Wrestlers from around the world shared their memories and paid tribute to Kimura on social media. "Please be respectful and allow some time for things to process, and keep your thoughts and prayers with her family and friends We appreciate your support during this hard time", the statement read.

Kimura's death was announced by Stardom, a wrestling promotion business she belonged to, without saying anything about the cause of her death. I'm dead. Thank you for giving me a mother. She'd win several championships, including the JWP Junior Championship and the Artist of Stardom Championship alongside her mother as part of a team. Fan translations of Kimura's tweets from earlier in the day indicated that she felt weak and no longer wanted "to be a human", according to media reports. "We appreciate your support during this hard time", the announcement read.

"Thank you to everyone who supported me", one message read.

Pro wrestler Adam Pacitti tweeted: "The death of Hana Kimura is an absolute tragedy. So much I want to say... my heart is broken".

Another fan wrote: "This absolutely makes me SICK!" Hana had so much potential to be a superstar in wrestling. "TRY IT! RIP Hana Kimura". Wrestling and the world as a whole are both poorer for losing her. Rest in peace, Hana.
