Solskjaer's decision to sell Romelu Lukaku to Inter Milan last summer and put his faith in Rashford and Martial was questioned by some supporters, but the pair have repaid the Norwegian and should ensure two forwards pass 20 goals in all competitions in the same season for the first time since Dimitar Berbatov and Javier Hernandez achieved the feat in 2010-11.

"Of course Marcus has been out for a while but I think he's looked sharp, he came on and looked sharp against Norwich", the United boss said ahead of Tuesday's trip to Brighton and Hove Albion.

"I've been here for so many years myself as a striker and Teddy Sheringham comes in, Dwight Yorke comes in, Ruud van Nistelrooy comes in, Wayne Rooney comes in. One, we've played quite a few good games against them lately and we know that we're competitive and have done really well against them and two, we have some really good momentum, we are building that and we're in good form".

"I'm looking forward to him getting more minutes and he'll definitely score a goal soon".

Solskjaer added: "If you think you've got a divine right to be playing every game and are doing so well that we're not going to look for players to replace you, you're in the wrong place". We're looking forward to being at Wembley, any team who you draw there would be a top team anyway.

"All three, I'm still waiting to see them blossom because there's parts of their game that they still need to improve on".

European Union states discuss borders reopening for some non-Schengen countries, U.S. excluded
However, Brazil, the United States and China are excluded from the list, BNT reported. Non-essential travel to the European Union has been blocked since mid-March.

"For us it's what we're striving to do, winning trophies, and we need to focus on one game at a time and there are so many teams that want that place". That's how you get to another level.

Arsenal have hugely talented young players such as Bukayo Saka, and with head coach Mikel Arteta giving chances to youngsters, Gomes would fit in well at the Gunners.

United, unbeaten in 14 games in all competitions, are sixth in the Premier League table, five points behind fourth-placed Chelsea in the race for a Champions League spot.

"Of course, we all want the fans in the stadiums but at least now you can sit back and watch some exciting and important games. It's always special to play against them, my ex-club, and we are happy that we're playing against them at Wembley", said the 31-year-old.

"But he knows that we trust him".
