A vehicle drove through a group of police and National Guard troops at a demonstration in support of George Floyd in upstate NY, injuring at least two officers. But as police cleared protesters from an intersection around the city's E District police station, a SUV was filmed as it rammed through the group of officers, who quickly scattered, and sped away down the road.

Moments later, there was the sound of firearms discharging off camera, then officers ran as an SUV barrelled through a cluster of officers.

A auto has plowed through a crowd of police in upstate NY, leaving two officers with serious injuries.

The trooper and officer are reportedly in stable condition at Erie County Medical Center and the suspected driver and passengers appear to be in custody, according to Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz.

The police department tweeted early Tuesday that the officers were taken to a hospital with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.
