A spokesman for the Pinjarra Hills residential aged care community said the two staff members last worked on July 28.

The trio at the centre of Queensland's coronavirus panic are being further investigated by police into whether an organised crime syndicate coached the women to cover their tracks at the border, including destroying phones.

It is believed he contracted the virus when he and his family ate at Madtongsan IV Korean restaurant at Sunnybank on July 23.

The aged care worker is the third case of community transmission linked to the cluster, after one of the women's sisters tested positive earlier this week.

The women, Olivia Muranga and Diana Lasu, are being treated at the Princess Alexandra Hospital on Brisbane's southside and on Thursday were charged with deliberately giving authorities false documents in order to cross the border and fraud offences.

It comes as footage of Muranga ordering a cocktail at a Brisbane bar in the hours after she had a test for coronavirus was also aired by the show.

It was revealed on Wednesday Ms Muranga, a cleaner at Parklands Christian College in Park Ridge, west of Brisbane, did not self-isolate on her return to Logan, instead working three days at the private school before being later diagnosed with the virus.

Arif Mendes, who owns the restaurant told ACA: "People say we're in this together ... well clearly not for some people, that's disappointing".

Health authorities fear a woman was unknowingly infected with COVID-19 while working an eight-hour shift at a Brisbane nursing home.

Queensland Police has launched a second criminal investigation and said all three women are now co-operating.

The women are all now in quarantine and will appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on September 28.

'What we have seen in these instances are [alleged] deliberate acts of deception, ' Queensland Deputy Police Commissioner Steve Gollschewski said.

"We are fairly comfortable that that's probably where he's got it but we will do contact tracing for him now as to who he might have come into contact with".

As the World Health Organisation warned the effects of the coronavirus pandemic would be felt for decades, another 397 cases were reported in Victoria yesterday, with three people dying.

They returned to Queensland without declaring their whereabouts to officials.

Ms Palaszczuk warned there would be delays at the border in coming days when Queensland shuts greater Sydney out from 1am on Saturday.
