Arizona was able to trim the Seattle lead to 23-21 in the fourth quarter with 13 minutes remaining after Murray's touchdown pass to Chase Edmonds. An intentional grounding penalty and a hold in the endzone resulted in a safety doomed Arizona down the stretch.

For the Seattle Seahawks, it was an important victory over the Arizona Cardinals.

Russell Wilson came out strong on the opening drive. He went without an interception after throwing seven over the previous four games, including three in Seattle's overtime loss at Arizona on October 25.Carlos Hyde returned from a three-game absence due to injury to rush for 79 yards and a touchdown in place of injured starter Chris Carson.

The Seahawks entered the Week 11 contest allowing well over 450 yards per game, which put them on pace to allow the most yards in National Football League history.

The Seattle defense held their own early on as well, forcing back-to-back three and outs leading to two Cardinal punts on their offensive drives.

Most critically, after the Seahawks took a 28-21 lead on a 41-yard field goal by Jason Myers with 2:21 left, the much-criticized Seahawks defense got the stop it needed.

On the ensuing drive, Carlos Hyde took over, rushing for 17 yards and catching a pass for seven yards. Wilson would also rush for 42-yards. On fourth-and-10 at the Seattle 27 with 38 seconds left, Dunlap got around the edge and tackled Murray for his second sack of the night. Seattle burned almost seven minutes on the ensuing drive, kicking a field goal for a seven-point lead.

He also said the CNN report conveniently excluded the looting, violence by citizens, 269 private facilities burnt and looted, 243 government facilities vandalised.

Arizona was down 23-14.

Arizona would find a way to sabotage themselves in the final quarter.

Murray accumulated 269 yards through the air on 29-of-42 passing with two touchdowns. Any momentum they had was lost when J.R. Sweezy was called for holding in the end zone. Stanley has been on the practice squad and already elevated twice to play on game day.

Simply put, the Cardinals struggled to establish the run with just 57 yards on the ground.

But Hopkins was limited to five catches for 51 yards. Larry Fitzgerald would have his most significant game of the season, catching eight passes for 62 yards.

"They definitely played for me in certain situations but like I said, we put up 21, had a chance to win the game at the end, but throughout the game, we started slow and kept shooting ourselves in the foot", Murray said, via the Associated Press. The total number of plays has gone up the past couple of weeks and is showing he can develop into the player many thought he would.
