Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow suffered a torn ACL during Sunday's loss to the Washington Football Team, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Let's hope Joe Burrow will be back and better than ever in 2021.
Chase Young, a rookie defender for Washington whose big hit on Burrow forced a fumble earlier in the game, was among the players offering encouragement to Burrow as he departed the field.
Burrow, the Cincinnati Bengals rookie quarterback, fumbled into the end zone, and replay showed Washington's Kamren Curl didn't possess the ball before fumbling again.
Special weather statement calling for 'significant snowfall' in Durham on Sunday
Environment Canada said the snow is a result of a "Colorado Low" that will make its way from OH and into the St. The city said it identifies which roads have been "serviced by winter snow clearing vehicles and crews".
The 23-year-old was the No. 1 pick of the 2020 NFL Draft shortly after winning a national championship with LSU. For the season, Burrow completed 242 of 370 passes, throwing for 2,485 yards and 12 touchdowns.
While the Bengals have not provided an update on Burrow's injury, he insinuated that he will miss the rest of the season on Twitter.
