Costco Will Close All Of Its Photo Departments Next Month

The Washington-based warehouse-style retailer, which operates more than 500 US stores, said in an email to customers that the photo centers would close at all Costco locations on February 14.

If you've purchased anything that you'd planned to pick up at a Costco Photo Center, you have until March 28 to get your order.

The Australian Open was delayed three weeks because of COVID-19 restrictions and is set to begin February 8. These are the Grand Hyatt in Melbourne, the View on St Kilda Road, and the Pullman hotel in Albert Park.

In the announcement, Costco said services including ink refill, passport photos, photo restoration, and YesVideo home movie transfer service wouldn't be available after the centers close.

Costco's announcement that it is shuttering its photo department applies only to its in-store operations.

Costco had no comment when Delish reached out about the news of the closings.
