Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, are expecting their second child, a spokesperson for the couple said on Sunday.

'The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child'. The couple, who stepped down as senior royals past year, are also parents to son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, who turns 2 in May. What wonderful news for the Sussexes!' their spokesperson added.

It looks like they already posed for some maternity shots too - photo and personal friend Misan Harriman snapped some photos of Meghan and Harry in a lush forest, showing off her baby bump.

The news comes months after Markle revealed in an essay published in The New York Times that she had suffered a miscarriage in July.

Harry and Meghan shocked the world a year ago when they stepped down as senior royals and announced they were moving to North America with baby Archie, who will turn two in May.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex confirmed to Fox News that they are having a second baby together.

The couple quit their roles as senior working royals in March 2020, and now live in California.
