Three people including a child were killed in a shooting inside a Publix supermarket chain store in southeastern U.S. state Florida on Thursday, local media reported.
Spokesperson Teri Barbera for the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said that the incident was not an active shooter situation. Their identities have not been disclosed.
Melissa McKinley, Commissioner of Palm Beach County, said the deceased child was a toddler.

Deputies discovered three people, one adult male, one adult female, and one youngster, dead from gunshot wounds when they arrived.
Joey Mendoza, 62, told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel that he was pulling into the store's parking lot when he saw the large police presence surrounding the building.
